Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for any other reason. For all United States domestic shipping, expect 2-3 days of handling and quality assurance. Every order is checked to make sure all figures are sent out, cleaned, and accurate to the order.
International Orders may take an additional 1-2 days for handling to prepare all customs and import documentation.
