NUMODEL Shipping & Handling Policy

We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable shipping and handling of your orders. Please take a moment to review the following information regarding NUMODEL's shipping policies:

Handling Time:

• Domestic US Orders: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
• International Orders: Please allow 1-4 business days for ordering processing.

Shipping Methods:

• Domestic US Orders: We ship domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage, with delivery typically within 2-5 business days.
• International Orders: Shipping duration varies based on location and shipping zone. International shipments are initially delivered to a Consolidation Partner Center within the US via USPS Ground Advantage before departing to the destination country. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon checkout.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. Please review the shipping charges before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information is provided by the logistics company, and any inquiries regarding tracking should be directed to them.

Parcel Specifications:

• Domestic Boxes: Your items will be carefully packaged in black 5"x5"x2" (12.7cm x 12.7cm x 5.08cm) boxes, adorned with the NUMODEL logo.
• International Boxes: International orders will be shipped in 9"x6"x2" (22.86cm x 15.24cm x 5.08cm) boxes featuring the NUMODEL logo. Additionally, four copies of the commercial invoice will be included for customs officials.

Customs and Taxes:

International orders include prepaid taxes, duties, tariffs, VAT, etc. 

Customs Issues:

In the unlikely event of customs issues, NUMODEL is not liable for the decisions made by the importing country's customs officials.

Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders, please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs procedures, or accidents outside of NUMODEL's production facilities.

Returns and Refunds:

Please review our Returns & Refunds policy for information on returning items and eligibility for refunds. Restocking fees may apply under certain circumstances.

Holiday Shipping:

During holiday seasons or peak periods, handling and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
